The role requires partnering with leadership, reporting on KPIs, and representing the company at career fairs. A degree and HR credentials plus recruitment experience are preferred.

Formación

• BS degree in HR, business or related field with 3+ years in HR support or talent acquisition.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Experience using recruitment resources like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong communicator with executives and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of utility or construction industries a plus; data reporting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to recruit and hire top talent.
• Lead full life cycle recruiting and sourcing strategy.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Manage relationships with agencies and recruiters.
• Complete special projects and report on recruitment KPIs.
• Drive collaboration across organization and ensure SOP compliance.
