State Electric Supply Co. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Talent Acquisition & Engagement) to attract talented people and build an employee experience that encourages them to stay and grow.

The role combines hands-on recruiting with improving hiring, recognition, and career growth across multiple locations. You will partner with managers to understand staffing needs, implement engagement and retention programs, and guide leadership on HR initiatives with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or HRBP roles preferred.
• Experience with campus recruiting, workforce development, or community partnerships preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle recruiting across branches and corporate, including postings, outreach, screening, interviews, offers and screenings.
• Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate candidate outreach, interviews, and negotiations; keep candidates informed and engaged.
• Design engagement initiatives and recognition programs to improve retention and morale.
• Build internship, co-op, and workforce development partnerships with colleges and community groups.
