Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture.
• Data Center recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership.
• This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, outreach, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers through transparency and responsiveness.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing for roles.
• Coordinate with Onboarding to ensure background checks before HR transfer.
• Contribute to special projects and other TA initiatives.
