Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Kansas City (Riverside) area to lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple offices and divisions. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and drive candidate engagement from sourcing to offer.

This role requires strategic partnership with leaders and hands-on recruitment across construction, engineering, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture.
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another ATS.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles.
• Coordinate with Onboarding to ensure background checks before HR transition.
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives.
