Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company in Kansas City (Riverside) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across offices and divisions, sourcing passive talent, performing outreach, phone screens, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines for current and future needs, manage requisitions, postings, and onboarding coordination with HR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture.
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
• Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals
