Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for construction, engineering, and architecture roles in Cincinnati (Blue Ash). You will partner with multiple hiring managers, build pipelines, and drive the interview-to-offer process.

The role emphasizes strong relationships, proactive talent sourcing, and collaboration with Onboarding and HR teams to ensure successful hires.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture.
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates.
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles.
• Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team.
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals.
