ARCO Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for construction, engineering, and architecture roles in Kansas City (Riverside). You will build talent pipelines, partner with leaders, and drive the interview and offer process, ensuring smooth onboarding and strong hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions
• Sourcing passive talent and conducting outreach
• Phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, guiding candidates through offer process
• Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency and responsiveness
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing for roles
• Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure background checks before HR transition
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives with the team
