Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture.
• Experience with data center recruiting is a plus.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another ATS.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership.
• In-office position

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across offices, regions, and divisions.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing.
• Coordinate with Onboarding to ensure complete background checks.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
