Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Cincinnati (Blue Ash) to lead full-cycle recruiting across offices, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive talent pipelines for current and future needs.

This in-office role requires 5–10+ years in construction or related fields, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering top talent.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of recruiting experience in construction, engineering or architecture.
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership
• This is an in-office position

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
• Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals
