Job summary

ARCO Companies is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Cincinnati team (Blue Ash) in-office. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across offices and divisions, sourcing passive talent, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through offers.

Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and create durable talent pipelines for current and future needs. You will collaborate with onboarding to verify background checks and contribute to broader TA initiatives, ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture required.
• Data Center recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership.
• This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates.
• Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles.
• Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team.
• Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals.
