Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Construction Corporate Recruiter to lead complex, niche, and high-volume hiring for major projects or regions. You will own sourcing strategies, drive veterans hiring, partnerships, and referrals while influencing TA strategy beyond individual requisitions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience and are proficient with ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with minimum 3 years' related experience
Experience in multiple recruiting channels and sourcing techniques
Knowledge of HR technologies such as ATS/HRIS and performance management preferred

Responsibilities

Provide consultative search recruiting services including research and sourcing.
Develop and maintain pipelines for current openings and future needs.
Lead diversity plans and Talent Acquisition strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruiting from screening to placement of staff.
Coordinate advertising across trade publications, websites, social media and company site.
Maintain clear candidate communication and status updates.
Forecast hiring needs with TA Manager and plan events.
Ensure candidate flow meets hiring goals.
Own hard-to-fill roles and drive high-volume hiring for major projects or regions.
Develop sourcing strategies for talent-limited markets.
