You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to forecast needs, develop TA initiatives, and ensure a steady candidate flow to meet hiring goals. This on-site role is based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifikationen

• Stay abreast of market conditions and industry trends.
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates from multiple channels.
• Use innovative techniques to meet fluctuating staffing demands.
• Experience with HR technologies such as ATS, HRIS, and performance management is preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

• Provide consultative search recruiting services, including research, sourcing, candidate development, and assessments.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and future needs.
• Develop and execute diversity plans and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: recruit, screen, and place staff.
• Coordinate advertising efforts to meet staffing requirements across channels.
• Maintain clear communication with applicants and status updates.
