Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition load.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting within construction, general contracting, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent STO Building Group commitment to integrity, collaboration, and service in every interaction with candidates and teams.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of requisitions, balancing priorities, timely execution, and quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to define staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Recruit across construction operations and corporate functions, adapting search strategies to each market.
