Haskell is seeking a Construction Corporate Recruiter to lead complex, high-volume hiring for major projects and regions. You will own hard-to-fill roles, drive sourcing strategies, and advance veterans hiring initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition partners.

This on-site role in Tulsa, Oklahoma emphasizes building talent pipelines, managing full-cycle recruiting, and forecasting staffing needs to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with HR technologies such as ATS, HRIS, and performance management.
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership on projects.
• Ability to source candidates from multiple channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Influences TA strategy beyond requisitions.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative search recruiting services from research to negotiations.
• Network to build talent pipelines for openings and future needs.
• Develop and execute diversity plans and TA strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from screening to placement.
• Coordinate advertising across trade publications and digital channels.
• Maintain clear applicant communication and status updates.
• Plan and participate in hiring events.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for open requisitions.
• Own hard-to-fill roles and lead high-volume hiring for major projects.
