Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to support anticipated Job Order Contracting projects for the United States Postal Service. Projects may include renovation, repair, maintenance, and facility improvement work in active, occupied facilities.

This role coordinates daily field activities, serves as Weston’s onsite representative, and collaborates with program managers, subcontractors, and facility personnel to deliver safe, compliant projects on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience supervising renovation, repair, or improvement work in active, occupied facilities preferred.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, federal construction, or government facilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for JOC projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support safe and efficient execution in active, occupied environments.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, scheduling, deliveries, and access.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes of work.
• Identify field conflicts and potential changes in scope.
• Assist with preconstruction activities and meetings.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and provide field input.
• Ensure work minimizes disruption to operations.
