Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to support Job Order Contracting projects for the USPS. The role entails coordinating daily field activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance in active facilities.

Ideal candidates will have commercial construction supervision experience, JOC familiarity, and strong scheduling and communication skills to coordinate with project teams, vendors, and facility personnel across East Region opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston's onsite representative and maintain communication with program/project managers, client representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and facility personnel.
• Support safe and efficient execution of renovation, repair, maintenance, and facility improvement projects in active facilities.
