Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Superintendent 2- Electrical, Mission Critical for an Atlanta project. The role focuses on planning, coordinating subcontractors and managing budget, schedule and quality in a demanding environment.

The candidate will lead safety initiatives, mentor field teams and ensure documentation and QA/QC compliance, with travel as needed. 5+ years’ construction experience and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• May require periods of travel and/or relocation.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute project activities with a focus on safety and quality.
• Lead safety culture and mentoring to ensure injury‑free operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project staff across trades.
• Develop work plans and schedules; manage project site logistics.
• Oversee budget tracking and cost reports; report progress weekly.
• Lead meetings, manage progress and update owners and design teams.
