Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects.
• Manage subcontractors and the overall job workflow.
• Ensure quality compliance through setting standards and QA/QC.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to manage budgets

Ability to build relationships

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of project processes

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
