Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects in Fort Collins and nearby areas. You will lead safety programs, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely, profitable project completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s standards and values.

The role requires 5+ years of construction experience, 3+ years in field supervision, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project schedule and budget reporting.
• Supports procurement and cost-control processes.
