Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking Site Superintendents and a Project Manager for a new multifamily rehab project in New Jersey. The roles require leadership over planning to implementation, management of resources, and daily field reporting.

The ideal candidates will have 5+ years as a construction superintendent, with experience in multifamily rehabs and renovations, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Timberline or Raken. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification required; Timberline and Raken experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of teams; detail‑oriented.
• Fast-paced environment; sound decision making and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.

• Maintain high workmanship standards in line with plans and specs.
• Engage in other related projects as assigned.

Job description

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in New Jersey & surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports
• Facilitate “Tool Box Talks,” as necessary
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies, if necessary
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Other related projects, as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30
• Computer proficiency a MUST–experience with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficientlyAbility to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
