Job summary

Buildots is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding and ongoing adoption of our construction intelligence platform on site projects. You will ensure customers gain ROI and that data informs product decisions.

You’ll own relationships with project champions, train users on-site, and collaborate with product and delivery teams to expand usage across key accounts. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a construction professional (site-based preferred).
• Experience managing stakeholders and delivering customer value.
• Strong communication and ability to train on-site users.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to maximize adoption and ROI on multiple projects.
• Lead relationships with project champions and act as customer voice.
• Onboard new users and drive seamless adoption of Buildots.
• Capture insights to influence product roadmap and feature ideas.
• Collaborate with delivery pods to refine customer success delivery.
