Buildots is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and ROI across multiple construction projects. You’ll partner with project champions and internal pods to ensure customer success and expansion.

The role involves training on-site users, gathering feedback, and influencing product decisions through data insights. You will work in a fast-paced startup with a hybrid model, travel 30%–50% to client sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize value for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction professional experience, preferably site based (PM, Superintendent, Project Engineer).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with senior/junior team members.
• Experience driving change and onboarding users to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customers' adoption, implementation, and ROI from Buildots across multiple construction projects
• Lead the relationship with project champions and act as customer voice to internal teams
• Onboard new users and train on-site teams for seamless adoption of the technology
• Gather insights from project data and feedback to influence product roadmap and features
• Collaborate with the customer success team to refine delivery and create/update playbooks
