Job summary

Buildots seeks a Customer Success Manager to implement its platform on construction projects, ensuring onboarding of all users and broad adoption across sites. You will collaborate with project teams, champions, and the product group to embed data-driven workflows into daily practice.

Based in Texas or nearby, you will travel 30–50% to project sites, shape success plans, and deliver tangible ROI while expanding Buildots within key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a construction professional (site based experience preferred).
• Comfortable with change management and learning from successes and failures to improve strategies.
• Proven stakeholder management and networking skills with senior and junior team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities and high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to own customer outcomes end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel 30% to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customer adoption, implementation, and ROI across multiple projects.
• Lead relationships with project champions and act as customer voice within internal pods.
• Onboard new users and drive seamless adoption, including on-site training.
• Gather and translate data insights to inform product roadmap and feature requests.
• Collaborate within the customer success team to refine delivery and create playbooks.
