Job summary

Buildots is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding and drive product adoption on construction projects, ensuring the data becomes part of daily workflows and guiding expansion through successful project outcomes.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, train on-site users, and relay customer feedback to product teams while partnering with delivery to scale success across key accounts. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a construction professional, preferably site based (e.g., PM, Superintendent, Project Engineer).
• Comfortable with change management and escalating issues when needed.
• Proven stakeholder management and networking with senior and junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customer adoption, implementation, and ROI across multiple projects.
• Lead relationships with project champions and act as the customer voice to internal pods.
• Onboard new users, train on-site users, and ensure smooth technology adoption.
• Gather insights from data and feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to refine playbooks and scale customer success delivery.
