Job summary

Buildots is seeking a Construction Customer Success Manager in Boston. The role focuses on onboarding project teams and driving product adoption across multiple construction projects.

You will be the customer voice, coordinating with product and delivery teams to maximize ROI and ensure successful expansion within key accounts. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a construction professional, preferably site based (e.g., PM, Superintendent, Project Engineer).
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills with senior and junior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customer adoption, implementation, and ROI across multiple projects.
• Lead the relationship with project champions to ensure ongoing support and customer voice internally.
• Onboard new users and drive seamless adoption, including on-site training.
• Extract insights from Buildots data and feed product feedback to influence roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Delivery team to create and update playbooks.
