Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Subcontract Administrator responsible for drafting and issuing project subcontracts, coordinating with Commercial Services, Legal and Operations, and maintaining ERP data across projects. Role supports the company’s values and contract execution workflows.

The position can be remote or office-based in Fargo-ND, Indianapolis-IN or Phoenix, AZ, with up to 10% travel to regional sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, paralegal, construction management or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in procurement, supply chain or business-related field in the construction industry.
• Experience using Procore for construction/EPC industry and/or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create subcontract agreements with exhibits, terms and conditions from approved requisitions.
• Verify requisition data and clarify items through communications with requisitioners and subcontractors.
• Create contracts with minimal guidance and utilize master agreements.
