Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a subcontract administrator to draft and issue project-specific subcontracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet requisitions and collaborating with Commercial Services, Legal, and Operations. The role supports ERP data entry, project closeout, and cross-functional coordination in a hybrid setting across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, paralegal, construction management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related field in construction industry.
• Experience using Procore for construction/EPC industry and/or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create subcontract agreements with exhibits, terms and conditions from approved requisitions.
• Verify requisition data and clarify items through timely communications with requisitioners, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Create contracts with minimal guidance and utilize company master agreements.
• Track data in ERP and project management platforms; ensure invoicing readiness.
• Support project closeout and cross-functional collaboration.
