Staff Zone is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for construction staffing solutions in Raleigh, NC. You will build relationships with general contractors and subcontractors, meet clients at job sites, and close new business with a focus on expanding accounts.

The role offers a base salary of $55,000–$60,000 with up to 50% bonus/commission. Training, a company vehicle, and ongoing career advancement are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts.
• Partnering with operations to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Managing a book of business and growing your territory; days start and end from home.
