Staff Zone seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our construction staffing solutions. You will build relationships with GC’s and subcontractors, meet clients on-site, and close new business while expanding existing accounts.

Role emphasizes hustle, face-to-face relationship building, and the ability to work from home once trained. Compensation includes uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus a company vehicle.

Qualificações

• Experience in staffing, construction, or trades sales preferred.
• Comfort on construction sites or GC trailers.
• Strong hustle and relationship-building focus.
• Organized, proactive, commission-driven with CRM use.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and build relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Meet clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Close new business and expand current accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Manage a book of business and develop the territory from home to home.
