Job summary

Staff Zone/Select People is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive construction staffing solutions in Irving, TX. You’ll build relationships with contractors, visit job sites, and close new business through a proven hunter approach.

You’ll manage a growing book of business with base pay plus uncapped commissions, plus bonuses, a company vehicle, and ongoing training in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or construction sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for on-site and office interactions.
• Comfortable traveling to job sites and meeting clients face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts.
• Partnering with operations to ensure site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Managing a book of business and growing territory from home base.
• Participating in networking events and promotional activities.
