Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our construction staffing solutions across a defined territory. You will cultivate relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and superintendents, meeting clients on-site and in offices to close new business and grow accounts.

You will operate with a hunter mindset, leveraging our team to deliver reliable labor staffing while striving for ongoing revenue growth and territory expansion. Training and support are provided.

Competenze

• Experience in staffing, construction, or trades sales is valuable but not required.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working on job sites and with GC's trailers.

Mansioni

• Prospect and build relationships with GC's, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Meet clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Consistently close new business and expand current accounts.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Manage a book of business and grow territory; travel as needed.
• Attend networking events such as golf tournaments and luncheons.
