Qualifications
Up to 5 years of accounting experience, with construction accounting, AIA billing, or project accounting preferred.
Familiarity with construction industry accounting practices, including WIP reporting and job cost tracking.
Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
Manage invoices, payments, collections, and AIA billing, including subcontractor compliance.
Track job costs, monitor budgets, and prepare WIP schedules.
Act as a power user of Acumatica ERP and Procore for workflow improvements and reporting.
Partner with project teams for financial alignment and reporting.
