Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to support security and operational efficiency at multiple construction sites in the Sandusky area. The role focuses on worker registration, badge issuance, and ensuring compliance with site access policies.

Responsibilities include parking management, visitor and delivery coordination, and providing proactive support to customers and the Sitemetric team. A valid Guard Card may be required depending on the state.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are scanned for identity verification.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Assist with access control, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support access control for one-time and ongoing needs.
