Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for field operations in Wytheville, VA. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, visitor and delivery management, and on-site security support across customer construction sites.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and may travel as needed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-intensity customer service, strong English communication, and the ability to follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control compliance and worker registration/badging.
• Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified with accurate headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries and create written records for customers.
• Support access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks for customers.
