Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our on-the-ground team in Hobart, IN. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, and site security, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure smooth operations at customer construction sites.

This field-based position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can handle parking, visitors, deliveries, and on-site support, with travel across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified; maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide and manage parking passes; ensure compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries; create written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support and troubleshooting; maintain logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support customers with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
