Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for field-based, on-site work at customer construction sites in Wytheville, VA area. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure security and smooth operations.

The role requires shift-based hours, travel across the United States, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.

Responsabilités

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are worn and scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
