Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is hiring an Access Control Officer to manage on-site worker registration, badging, and site access at customer construction sites. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and performing in-person duties at one or more job sites in the Wytheville area with potential nationwide travel.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Detail orientation with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure personnel have badges scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries and create written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support including registration, badging, tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks for customers.
