Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (PT, Day) in Jeffersonville, OH to support on-site operations at customer construction sites. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery management, with a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access and verify identity.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts kept.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and tech issues.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
