Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing (Guard Card).
• Proficient communication in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance on site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned for identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: provide and monitor parking passes.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and logs.
• Ad hoc access control duties to support customers.
