Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts in New Carlisle, IN. The role requires in-person work at one or more job sites, with travel within the US possible.

You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/logistics support to ensure safety and security on construction sites. We value proactive, professional individuals who can adapt to changing schedules and provide excellent customer service across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified.
• Parking Management: issue passes and verify parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control duties as needed.
