Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience, preferably in commercial construction or facilities maintenance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Scheduling: receive service requests, create and manage work orders, schedule and dispatch technicians, coordinate emergencies.
• Customer Service: act as primary contact for customers, communicate appointment times and job status, respond to inquiries.
• Work Order Management: document orders, track open service calls, verify completion and obtain approvals.
• Team Coordination: communicate with field technicians and vendors, collaborate with Facilities Manager on priorities and workload.
• Administrative Support: maintain service records, assist with reporting and invoicing duties.
