Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking a Service Dispatcher for JGFacilities in Chino, CA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience, preferably in commercial construction or facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests by phone, email, and portals and convert them into work orders.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location, skill, availability, and priority.
• Coordinate emergency calls and adjust schedules in real time.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, notes, labor, and service updates.
