GardaWorld is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee a 24/7 construction-security operation in the Pittsburgh area. You will lead day-to-day officer operations, staffing, client communication, and ensure service delivery across multiple project locations within a small geographic area.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in security management in construction, with strong incident response and post-order development experience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing security operations in a construction setting.
• Experience supervising security personnel and communicating performance expectations.
• Experience developing or maintaining Security Plans, post orders, or site-security procedures.
• Experience managing security incidents, investigations, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to train personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support approximately 12–13 security officers across a 24/7 construction-security operation.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, call-offs, coverage, and day-to-day officer performance.
• Ensure officers follow post orders, access-control procedures, and visitor-management requirements.
• Maintain regular client communication and address service concerns.
• Conduct site visits and oversee vehicle patrol operations.
• Develop and update security procedures and post orders as needed.
• Respond to security incidents and after-hours operational issues.
• Conduct basic incident investigations and document findings.
• Maintain security records and prepare client/operational reports.
• Train officers on site-specific security procedures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
