Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Minimum of three years of experience with a reputable security company in a leadership/management role.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn company software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate master staffing roster for the account.
• Coordinate employee leave requests and absences.
• Respond promptly to client concerns and operational issues.
• Promote GardaWorld's mission, standards, and values.
• Conduct security surveys and provide security recommendations.
• Monitor performance of personnel and report metrics.
