Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road, a member of the Austin Industries family, is seeking a Scheduling Manager for the Austin/San Antonio, TX area. You will prepare summary and detailed schedules for proposed and current construction projects, manage baselines, and coordinate with the project team to establish sequencing and durations.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, strong Primavera P6 experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience with Primavera P6 (Oracle) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as needed.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare summary-level schedules for proposed projects.
• Develop detailed, time-phased project schedules and baselines.
• Coordinate with project team on sequencing and durations.
• Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide schedule updates and analyze variances.
• Offer scheduling training and support with P6.
