Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road in Dallas, TX is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead project schedules for the North Texas area. You will prepare summary-level and detailed schedules, working with project teams to establish sequencing, durations, and logic for highway construction projects.

This on-site, full-time role requires a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years in heavy highway/civil construction, and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy highway/civil construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications with strong communication skills.
• Experience in establishing project sequencing, durations, and logic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare summary-level schedules for proposed projects and establish sequencing, durations, and logic.
• Prepare detailed schedules and monitor progress against baseline.
• Develop and analyze resource needs and time-phased schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide schedule updates and mitigation strategies to project teams.
• Provide scheduling training and support for project staff.
