Job summary

MWH Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Manager for water/wastewater projects in California, based on a San Francisco project site.

This is a full-time, on-site role commanding schedules, resources, and deadlines for large-scale infrastructure programs with a focus on timely delivery. The ideal candidate has expert Primavera P6 skills, 10+ years in construction scheduling, and experience managing baselines, progress, and audits while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Expert level experience with Primavera P6 and scheduling large projects.
• 10+ years in construction sequencing, productivity, and schedules.
• Experience developing baselines, updating progress, and audits.
• Experience using cost and resource loaded schedules for billings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost- and resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead scheduling on large water and wastewater projects on site in California.
• Plan preconstruction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigations.
• Prepare weekly updates, monthly reports, and change notices as needed.
• Mentor and supervise junior schedulers and coordination staff.
• Present on bid proposals, construction sequences, and delays.
• Support invoice generation with schedule data and narratives.
