ArqAi Fort Myers is seeking a Builder Admin & Scheduling Agent to join our Support Center in Fort Myers, FL. If you thrive on keeping complex schedules on track and ensuring project logistics run smoothly in a luxury smart home environment, this is the role for you.

You will coordinate builder scheduling, create and track purchase orders and work orders, act as the primary liaison for builders, and keep internal systems updated with real-time project statuses and PO numbers.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration, logistics, scheduling, or purchasing.
• Direct experience with residential builders or subcontractors preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with external builders and internal teams.
• Proficient in scheduling software, spreadsheets, and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Builder Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule new construction residential subcontractor work with builders.
• Order Creation: Create, process, and track purchase orders, work orders, and materials.
• Builder Liaison: Primary contact for schedule changes and project status updates.
• Data Management: Update internal systems with real-time statuses and PO numbers.
