You will coordinate with homeowners, update project statuses in our software, manage vendor communications, and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with stores, builders, contractors and homeowners.

• Construction knowledge and blueprint reading experience.

Responsibilities

• Source products to fulfill job requirements.
• Inbound and outbound calls to respond quickly and efficiently.
• Validate material needs with store locations and order if needed.
• Schedule and coordinate ETA communications.
• Communicate with homeowners to validate information and respond to concerns.
• Update in-house software with current event standings.
• Coordinate with vendors on service requests and debits.
• Resolve issues and communicate outcomes to all parties.
