Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling across multiple commercial projects. You will work closely with Operations Project Teams, Clark Executives, subcontractors, and owners to ensure baseline schedules and robust project controls.

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree in a related field and 4–6+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects, with advanced Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 4-6+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence and ability to work with owners, subcontractors and executives.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and statements of work to prepare usable Baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
• Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark with owners and subcontractors.
• Support conceptual bid schedules and present to selection committees when required.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual status relative to plan and communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standard methods and travel to project sites.
